Peehu is a graceful expression of traditional Indian craftsmanship, featuring a beautiful yellow base with delicate white checks. 

The saree begins with a soft Maheshwari fabric, carefully prepared to create a smooth surface for printing. The white checked pattern is created using hand-carved wooden blocks, with the artisan carefully aligning and stamping the blocks across the fabric. Each impression is made by hand, one section at a time, requiring precision, patience and a steady eye to maintain the rhythm of the checks 

The beauty of block printing lies in its individuality. Tiny variations in the placement, pressure and impression of each block are natural, making every saree subtly unique and preserving the unmistakable character of handcrafted textiles. 

The vibrant yellow ground brings warmth and freshness to the design, while the crisp white checks create a clean, timeless contrast. The saree is finished with an elegant antique-gold zari border, adding a touch of traditional richness to the contemporary simplicity of the print.
